ongoing series, 2025
My landscapes series is an ongoing exploration of place, memory, and the passage of time. I work in collage – playing with mono prints, ink, different types of paper, creating compositions with torn, hand-cut and handwritten elements. Each piece feels like small memory, a quiet thought, a window into a feeling.
I don’t aim to paint a perfect picture. I love the process of play – creating varied textures, cutting and tearing by hand, then letting the materials speak. Sometimes the movements reflect loudness and roughness, sometimes quietness and fragility. The handwritten fragments are quiet meditations, reflections, and personal narrative – whispers caught within the framed moments.
Each collage carries traces of my broader creative practice – from the quiet intimacy of small prints to the energy of hand-cut shapes, to the tactile layering of materials – capturing both the vastness of time and the intimacy of inner life.
