About the artist:

Tanya Aritao

Tanya is a multidisciplinary artist, developing work in oil painting, printmaking, collage, and poetry. Her subjects range from landscapes and natural forms, to wildlife and dancers. In her visual art and her poetry, she explores presence, rhythm, connection, memory, and fragility. Conservation work has deepened her relationship with nature and shapes the themes of preservation, harmony, and coexistence in her work.
